The aggregate liability of 6sixs to you for any cause of action arising under or related to these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6sixs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious account activity; fraudulent or abusive conduct; account used in violation of any applicable law; or at the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
You may request closure of your 6sixs account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled at their natural resolution or voided at 6sixs's discretion. Verified balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by 6sixs — all licences granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You may not access the 6sixs platform following termination. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 6sixs reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as liquidated damages for the breach, subject to applicable law.
